User should inspect new machine carefully, know well its operation method. After test run, it can be put into production. The essential points for inspection and test run are as below:

1. When test run no load, machine should run steady, without hysteretic and abnormal voice.

2. When machine is running, forbid to do any repair or take off shield, so as to avoid accident.

3.Must make sure the position needed to bend on rebar, and should keep rebar straight with working disk. If rebar is inclined,  it may skid off and hurt people.

4. The centre hole of working disk should be kept clean, without rust and any other sundries in it.

5. When don’t use the machine for a long time, should wipe grease lubricant on working disk, and put it in a dry and ventilated place, so as to avoid corrosion.
